WhatsApp WebP sticker (512×512, 100 KB)
WhatsApp stickers are 512×512 WebP files with a common 100 KB guidance budget. StickerKit crops square and tries to land under that size on your device.
Step 1
Drop a photo or a very short clip
Stills are the reliable path for the 100 KB cap. A 2–3 second clip can become an animated WebP, but the budget is tight.
Step 2
Select the WhatsApp sticker preset
Output is locked to 512×512 WebP. Square crop stays on. Auto will step quality down until the file fits, then warn you if it still cannot.
Step 3
Crop the face or logo
Drag the square so the subject fills most of the frame. WhatsApp draws a white border later — leave a little padding.
Step 4
Download the WebP and add it in WhatsApp
On your phone, use WhatsApp’s sticker maker or a pack app that accepts a WebP. StickerKit only prepares the file; it cannot publish a pack to WhatsApp for you.
Tips
- 100 KB at 512×512 is strict. Flat colors and a short loop beat a noisy photo.
- If an animated export stays over budget, export a still from the same crop instead.
- This is common public guidance, not a guarantee. WhatsApp may reject files that look fine here.
