Does StickerKit upload my video or photo?

No. The file you pick is read in this browser and processed on your device. We do not store stickers on a server, and there is no account.

Which chat apps do the presets match?

Discord stickers (320×320, PNG or GIF, 512 KB), Discord emoji (about 128×128, PNG or GIF, 256 KB guidance), Telegram static stickers (one side exactly 512 px, PNG or WebP, 512 KB), and WhatsApp stickers (512×512 WebP, 100 KB guidance). These are public size/format budgets and can change; the apps still make the final call when you upload.

GIF or WebP — which should I download?

Auto picks the smaller file that fits the preset budget. GIF works in the most chat apps. WebP is usually smaller and is required for WhatsApp stickers. Telegram static stickers prefer PNG or WebP with a transparent background when you have one.

What are the file and duration limits?

Files larger than 50 MB are rejected so this tab is less likely to freeze. A warning appears above 25 MB on desktop and 15 MB on phones. Video trims are capped at 15 seconds. Short clips (2–6 seconds) stay closer to sticker budgets.

Why can an export take a moment?

Accepted Answer

Stills export immediately. Animated GIF or WebP walks the trim frame by frame in this tab, then writes the file. Longer trims, higher fps, and WhatsApp’s 100 KB budget take more passes. Everything still runs on your device.

Will this work on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes for short, small files. If the tab struggles, use a clip under 15 MB, keep the trim to a few seconds, and start with Discord emoji or a still Telegram sticker. WhatsApp’s 100 KB WebP budget is the tightest.

How does conversion work?

Everything runs in your browser / on your device. Closing the tab discards the file from page memory. We never receive the pixels.
